You are strongly advised to have your own travel insurance policy.

Fees are non-refundable once booked and paid, unless the event is cancelled.

In the very unlikely event that the artist is unable to lead the tuition (for example due to ill health), every effort will be made to replace the artist with someone with similar skills and experience. We will not cancel the holiday nor reimburse clients as a result of the artist's inability to attend.
