Le Somail is one of the most iconic locations on the Canal du Midi and an idyllic place to learn to sketch.<\/p>\n
You don\u2019t need previous art experience to join this workshop \u2013 just an interest in travel sketching and a willingness to learn.\u00a0 We\u2019ll look at page planning, textures and colours and how to work with ink and watercolour on location.<\/p>\n
Workshop starts 9.30am. You will need a sketchbook with paper 160gsm or higher \u2013 which can be purchased on the day if you do not have your own.<\/p>\n
We will also use a black waterproof ink pen, HB pencil, basic watercolour kit, brush and water pot.
